OasisPick Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at OasisPick! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to serve our customers across the GCC with the following dedicated shipping structures:

United Arab Emirates (UAE) | FREE Shipping | Cash on Delivery (COD) / Credit Card | 1 to 3 business days.

Saudi Arabia (KSA) | 26 AED Flat Rate | Credit Card / Pre-paid | 3 to 7 business days 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or local holiday backlogs.*

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms (UAE Only)
 We offer Free COD within the United Arab Emirates.
 Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and exact delivery address at checkout. Our courier partner will contact you via SMS or phone call to confirm your location before delivery. 
 Please have the exact amount of cash ready at the time of delivery.

4. International Shipping & Customs (Saudi Arabia)
For shipments to Saudi Arabia, a flat shipping charge of 26 AED applies. OasisPick is not responsible for any additional customs duties, local taxes, or import fees applied to your order by Saudi Customs. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email are completely accurate at checkout. OasisPick is not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
